		<description>Hi, a friend gave me her E180 + her South African simcard to use in South Africa. 
I&#039;ve followed the instructions - everything ok, but I noticed that from the start instead of saying &quot;not connected&quot; it says &#039;not configured&quot; under HUAWEI MOBILE in the list of devices. There are also 2 other devices listed ie DIAG and PCUI.....and yes the green light keeps flashing. Am totally clueless re these things and would like to know wot to do next.
