PHP Date in Human Readable Form (Facebook Style)

I like to display dates relative to now, aka Facebook.  So instead of displaying a date in the form 3-2-2008 (which can get confusing if you are in the US/Europe etc with dates being switched) I like to show it as 2 weeks ago as this is far easier to read.

Google Let’s You Search The Future: Google gDay with MATE

Google Australia today released gDay, a new search function that allows you to search for tomorrows news today.  They have a press release here.  Looks pretty amazing and promises to help you find out Football scores before the game is played:

Skype Plugin for Adium (and Pidgin/libpurple)

I came accross an Adium plugin today that allows me to show my Skype contacts in my Adium contact list.  Hooray!  You still have to be running Skype, but it saves you a bit of real estate on your desktop as you only need one contacts list open.
